About Ann Choh
I help individuals and couples find their voice and the strength that will bring healing. Through empathy and trust I work with individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, grief, conflict resolution, and gender and cultural identity. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities such as Emotionally Focused Therapy (having completed a 12 hour certificate course), narrative, solution focused and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a trusting and safe environment where I can apply a holistic approach to help my clients move towards a healthy, thriving and fulfilling life.
