I have a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and I will soon be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I also hold a Masters of Divinity degree, and 3 certificates in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center in Seattle.

My counseling approach is to partner with adults as they seek answers to life questions and healing from past pain, grief and loss, trauma, abortion, medical trauma, broken relationships, moral injury, or spiritual wounding. I am passionate about creative therapeutic approaches including music and art therapy. I use a combination of therapeutic modalities and integrate psychoeducation and spirituality if invited by the client.
