Contact Gretchen regarding Intensive Therapy

I focus on helping people gain greater harmony and security in their relationships.  We dig into the patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors that perpetuate discord, and learn new ways of being.

We work together to identify the pattern underneath the “here-we-go-again” arguments. We discover what leads to feeling disconnected and identify where each person can make positive changes. I facilitate the process of helping clients have conversations that lead to deeper connection and acceptance of each other. Clear solutions to the issues they face arise as a result of this connection and acceptance.

For many couples, Intensive Therapy, 1, 2, or 3 days of therapy, is a better option than once a week, 55 minute sessions. Click here to learn more about Intensive Therapy.

My Christian faith informs my work and I integrate clients’ personal spiritual beliefs into therapy.  I don’t push my beliefs on others, and clients have expressed their appreciation of my non-judgmental approach.

I enjoy bringing my practical, experiential approach to relationships to groups. Past topics include:

Parenting:

  • Is This Normal?
  • Sibling Rivalry
  • Birth Order
